Delivery and distribution of humanitarian aid such as basic food
items, hygiene products, new clothing, education materials and more.
Dormitory Refurbishment Project
190 girls, including 7 orphans live here during the school year. The
conition of the building was the most appalling that Cradle and
European Union Monitors had seen. Reconstruction began in June 2000 to
bring it upto an acceptable standard. The work continues. In 2002
Cradle received government funding for this project.

Family Support Programme
This programme supplies food, hygiene products and clothing to disadvantaged families on a monthly basis.
Hospital Support Programme
This programme supplies local hospitals with medical equipment from
donors in Ireland and the UK to local hospitals in Albania. As part of
this programme Cradle rebuild and and equipped a maternity unit in the
main hospital in Shkoder which included the provision of incubators to
the unit. Cradle also set up a ne emergency ambulance service in the
Shkoder district.
Medivac
Cradle's Medivac programme transports young children and adults to Ireland and the UK for urgent livesaving treatment.

Education Programme
Cradle supports the local education system providing schools with
much needed educational materials, furniture, uniforms etc Cradle also
assists the rebuilding and refurbishment of primary schools in the
Shkoder area.
